[name_f]Welcome[/name_f] to the world, our beautiful first baby [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] [name_m]Robert[/name_m], born on the 13th at 39weeks 5 days. He is happy & perfect in every way. We were tossing up between [name_m]Theodore[/name_m]- “gift”, [name_m]Maximilian[/name_m]- “greatest”, & [name_m]Felix[/name_m]- “happy/lucky” for a first name. My Fiancé didn’t want to choose a name 100% until we saw “what he looked like”. After trying to call him “[name_u]Maxi[/name_u]”, and “[name_m]Felix[/name_m]”/“[name_u]Lexi[/name_u]” for about 24hours, we just knew that he was absolutely a [name_m]Theodore[/name_m] and nothing else. DF & family call him [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]. And it’s perfect because he is indeed the most Devine gift.
[name_m]Robert[/name_m] is a special middle name for us because it’s DF’s middle name, it’s DF’s late fathers first name, and also my father’s middle name. It sort of worked out that all of the special, important men in [name_u]Teddy[/name_u]'s life share the name and now so does he.
We’re so happy. [name_m]Even[/name_m] though I’m not very active on the forums, I spent hours on nameberry during the pregnancy looking at “cool user lists” and advice from the names sage and trying to narrow my long list down. It really helped pass away those long, sleepless, nausea-and-braxton-hicks-filled nights. Thanks everyone for the awesome content.
