Summary

Strongly recommend ultrasound therapy by womenā€™s physiotherapist to smooth out and break down any scaring/adhesions after 6 weeks, I did it and so glad someone told me too - have friends whoā€™ve had all sorts of problems because didnā€™t sort out scar tissue early on.
