Out of Line?

Our second child is due to arrive in may, and we absolutely love the name [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] for a boy.

But is [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] too out there? [name_m]Jared[/name_m]'s mn is out there as well, but I feel like [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is next level out there compared to [name_m]Immanuel[/name_m].

Thoughts?

[name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is unusual, but [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] is classic, and they may balance each other out. Does [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] have some special meaning to you? If it does, I say go for it. If it doesn’t, I still say go for it. If it is really worrying you, have you thought about shortening it to just [name_f]Indi[/name_f]? As a personal opinion, I like it.

I think the combo is well balanced. You should be fine

I love [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]! Yes it’d uncommon but paired with such a classic grounded name I don’t see it as an issue.

Great in the middle!

[name_m]Thomas[/name_m] [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is a great choice!

I love the juxtaposition between classic and out there. I like it!

You can’t get more traditional than [name_m]Thomas[/name_m] and you can’t get newer sounding than [name_u]Indigo[/name_u]. It’s a nice combo!

Thanks, guys
