palin family names

[name]Track[/name]
[name]Bristol[/name] Sheeran [name]Marie[/name]
[name]Willow[/name]
[name]Piper[/name]
Trigg Paxson [name]Van[/name]

and Bristols son [name]Tripp[/name] [name]Easton[/name] [name]Mitchell[/name]

I actually like the girl names quite a bit, especially [name]Piper[/name]. I’m not a big fan of the boy names, but maybe that’s just because I don’t generally like one syllable names. (They just sound too abrupt and harsh to me.)

I looove the name [name]Bristol[/name]. [name]Love[/name], [name]Love[/name] it. But of course, with the fame not only she has had in the last year but her mother being [name]Sarah[/name] [name]Palin[/name]… Im wondering if naming your child [name]Bristol[/name] would automatically get the [name]Sarah[/name] [name]Palin[/name] reference.
I like Trigg, [name]Track[/name] & [name]Tripp[/name]… but altogether its a mouthful, especailly with dad/granma [name]Todd[/name] [name]Palin[/name].

I really dislike the boys’ names. I think they were selfish naming them. For example, they named their son [name]Track[/name], because they like running. What if he doesn’t like running? Couldn’t they have named him after a famous runner, like [name]Jesse[/name] [name]Owens[/name]…

Well I like [name]Willow[/name] and [name]Piper[/name]. [name]Bristol[/name] is a major road that I live right down the street from, so that’s all I think of. It also sounds like bristle… I just don’t think it’s pretty at all. Trigg and [name]Track[/name] I just don’t get. I really love [name]Trip[/name] as a nickname for a boy who is the III.

are you sure that was there reason for naming him [name]Track[/name]?

are you sure that was there reason for naming him [name]Track[/name]? lol that seems so silly. I like swimming. but my kid wont be named Pool![/quote]

I read an article about Ms. [name]Palin[/name], and she said that she named [name]Track[/name] after jogging. I think I should have named my son Socks because I love to wear warm socks when it’s cold.

One of the many reasons we should have pets. People, this is how you name your kitty - not your kid.

Yeah I’m not a fan of the boy names.
All too similar sounding and looking.

[name]Todd[/name], [name]Track[/name], Trigg & [name]Tripp[/name]… maybe they meant to do it with all “T” names?!

PS- Has anyone heard the rumour that [name]Bristol[/name] is actually Triggs mother?? [name]Imagine[/name] your 2 sons being Trigg & [name]Tripp[/name]… yikes.

well, she obvisouly also loves Bristle Board to do her Trigonometry homework on while sitting under her [name]Willow[/name] tree.

[name]Hi[/name]!

Honestly, I don’t see anything wrong with naming your child in honor of a favorite activity or hobby, if it is something that means something to you. Why does it matter if [name]Track[/name] grows up to hate running? What if I loved Russian literature and named my child Tolstoy, but he grew up to not only hate Tolstoy’s writings but dislike all of Russian literature? What if I loved to cook so I named my child [name]Basil[/name], but he grew up to have a strong aversion to the herb? Maybe it isn’t the same thing, but I think it is at least a start at an argument…

As for the [name]Palin[/name] names, I applaud their unique style. Maybe they aren’t names I’d pick, but I don’t think they are altogether awful. [name]Bristol[/name], [name]Willow[/name], and [name]Piper[/name] - all two-syllable unisex (ish) names, mind you - sound modern, fresh, and strong to me. [name]Track[/name] and Trigg, though a bit on the strange side (especially Trigg) aren’t terrible. They sound like nicknames to me, a bit. I guess I don’t see a huge difference between naming your child [name]Track[/name] and Trigg versus [name]Dash[/name], [name]Rex[/name], [name]Lux[/name], or [name]Dodge[/name], to be honest…

Take care!

To be honest, I think if any other “celebrity” had used these names they would currently be growing in popularity. I myself, loove the name [name]Bristol[/name], but would probably never use it.

[name]Sara[/name],

You are likely right about popularity. But, as for [name]Bristol[/name], it makes me think of [name]Bristol[/name], [name]England[/name] instead of [name]Bristol[/name] [name]Palin[/name]. Might just be me, but I don’t think the vast majority of people would think you named your child after Miss [name]Palin[/name] or were a die-heard [name]Palin[/name] fan just because you chose the name [name]Bristol[/name]. It is a well-established place name! I, too, like its subtle feminine appeal and clean, fresh sound. Could make a cute middle name if you don’t want to use it as a first name, though I think [name]Bristol[/name] [name]Catherine[/name] is sweet…

Take care!

I happen to love [name]Bristol[/name]. Then again, I like a lot of place names.

I love [name]Bristol[/name]! I think it’s unique and so catchy.
I also like Trigg, [name]Tripp[/name], and Trick! I love unique names like that.
