Which name do you like best and why?
[name_f]Candace[/name_f], I think. Not one I’ve heard too often and it has a sharp and sweet sound. I like the potential for nicknames Caz, [name_f]Cacey[/name_f] and [name_f]Cassie[/name_f]
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f], because I like the palm imagery and the soft sound and the vaguely purple association with [name_f]Palmer[/name_f] Violets! I like [name_f]Candace[/name_f] second best.
[name_f]Cadence[/name_f] gets my vote. It’s underrated yet beautiful & charming, while aging well & gives some lovely nn options.
[name_f]Melony[/name_f] reminds of felony so that’s an automatic no from or at least with this spelling.
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f] in my area is what someone would call their right hand, eg. [name_f]Rosie[/name_f] [name_f]Palmer[/name_f], which is slang for something unsuitable to write on here so that would definitely be a no for me
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f] is my favorite for beach vibes
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f], then [name_f]Candace[/name_f]. [name_f]Palmer[/name_f] is hip, fresh and luxuriant. I like [name_f]Candace[/name_f] too, it gives 80s supermodel vibes.
I agree re this spelling of [name_f]Melanie[/name_f] seeming a bit off. How about [name_f]Melody[/name_f] instead?
[name_f]Candace[/name_f] especially w/ the nickname [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f] in my accent isnt really a great sound its, very swallowed (if that makes sense)
[name_f]Melony[/name_f] is ok, personally I would spell in [name_f]Melanie[/name_f] to avoid it sounding like its ‘melon-ie’ but this one feels a little dated
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f]: cute, trendy, straightforward, a little breezy and beachy. I know a little [name_f]Palmer[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] and think her name is adorable!
[name_f]Melony[/name_f]: sounds like a felony for stealing melons [name_f]Melanie[/name_f] is a little better, but I’d suggest [name_f]Melody[/name_f] instead, or even [name_f]Meadow[/name_f]
[name_f]Candace[/name_f]: I imagine a really cool, pretty girl with this name, it’s familiar but distinct in sound
Candance is my favorite! Familiar but unexpected, with sweet nicknames like [name_f]Cady[/name_f], [name_f]Caddie[/name_f], [name_f]Cece[/name_f], or [name_f]Candy[/name_f].
[name_f]Palmer[/name_f] is my runner-up – it’s sweet and familiar, modern and trendy. Plus it has nice imagery of palm trees
[name_f]Melony[/name_f] reminds me of felony or baloney. I’d prefer [name_f]Melanie[/name_f] or [name_f]Melody[/name_f].
