What are your thoughts on [name_m]Paris[/name_m] on a boy? I’ve always associated it with [name_m]Paris[/name_m] of [name_m]Troy[/name_m] or [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m], however I know that in some places it’s considered more feminine. What would you imagine a boy named [name_m]Paris[/name_m] to be like? What middle names would you pair it with?

I’m biased because I’m Greek, but I find it very masculine! :sweat_smile: To me, it has a handsome, rugged yet friendly vibe that I really like. I’d choose a more familiar or traditional masculine boy name as a middle name to combat any gender confusion! I think I’d prefer something classic with it, I think it fits better since Paris’ history of use as a male name is most famously ancient Greek & Shakespearean like you said. Something like [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Theodore[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Anton[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Felix[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Hugo[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Ambrose[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Edmund[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Emmanuel[/name_m], [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Alexander[/name_m] etc.

I love [name_m]Paris[/name_m] :white_heart: I much prefer it on a boy, but that’s just my personal preference

As @tallemaja said, I’d also pair it with more traditional masculine names for the same reason …

[name_f]My[/name_f] mind goes straight to [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Hilton[/name_m] so it feels very feminine to me. She is so well known that I think a lot of people may get the same vibe.

I had [name_m]Paris[/name_m] [name_m]Nathaniel[/name_m] on my list for a long time, which I always loved!!
