[name_f]My[/name_f] DH and I have very different styles when it comes to baby names. He tends to love names that were popular in the 90s and early 2000s and I love names that are vintage and not super popular. These are the names that we have compromised on and we both like. I’m curious which one is your favorite and if you have any suggestions!
I love [name_f]Cassidy[/name_f]! It’s super pretty, feminine but with a slight unisex vibe, versatile (girly but sporty vibes), works well on a child and an adult and on any kind of person, cute nickname, not too common but not rare, easy to spell and say… just a really solid name all around. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] also fits this description too, but I prefer [name_f]Cassidy[/name_f] myself.
I will say I also find [name_f]Wendy[/name_f] really sweet and underrated and would love to see more Wendys.
[name_f]Colette[/name_f]! She feels so timeless but still quite cool, and I love her cute nicknames like [name_f]Coco[/name_f] and [name_f]Lettie[/name_f]. But [name_f]Wendy[/name_f] would also be a sweet surprise to see on a baby girl born today!!
[name_f]My[/name_f] favourite is [name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is such a sweet floral name that feels pretty, delicate, breezy with gorgeous springtime energy. [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] makes me smile and feel happy!
[name_f]My[/name_f] second favourite is [name_f]Colette[/name_f] she’s romantic, strong and has such sweet nicknames attached. I also love the meaning ‘victory of the people’. I think she’s gorgeous.
I would love [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] [name_f]Colette[/name_f]!
I love [name_f]Colette[/name_f]! Second choice would be [name_f]Cassidy[/name_f]!
Suggestions that were popular in the late 90s but still have that vintage feel…

[name_f]Cassidy[/name_f] and [name_f]Colette[/name_f] are perfectly unique with some nickname potential.
I know a sibset with Cass!dy, Att1cus, Car0line & Gabr!elle
here are some names I think would fit:
[name_f]Macey[/name_f] or [name_f]Maisie[/name_f]
[name_f]Ruby[/name_f]
[name_m]Devan[/name_m]
[name_f]Magdalena[/name_f] / [name_f]Lena[/name_f]

[name_f]Desirae[/name_f]
[name_f]Naomi[/name_f]
[name_f]Calla[/name_f]
[name_f]Maribel[/name_f]
[name_f]Anya[/name_f]
[name_f]Sierra[/name_f] / [name_f]Ciara[/name_f]
[name_f]Myra[/name_f]
[name_f]Josephine[/name_f] “Josie”

[name_f]Jessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Monique[/name_f]
[name_f]Simone[/name_f]
[name_f]Sabine[/name_f]
[name_f]Coralie[/name_f]
[name_f]Halyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Rilynn[/name_f]
[name_f]Maebry[/name_f] or [name_f]Mabyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Rose[/name_f]
I think I would rank the list:
[name_f]Cassidy[/name_f]
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f]
[name_f]Tessa[/name_f]
[name_f]Colette[/name_f]
[name_f]Brooklyn[/name_f]
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is my favorite, followed by [name_f]Tessa[/name_f]! I adore nature themed names and both can be associated with that category. [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is lovely and melodic. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] sounds powerful and has a very interesting meaning.
I must say that it is extraordinary to see [name_f]Wendy[/name_f] on a list! It sounds so sweet, gentle and beautiful.
I think you could combine your tastes and create a beautiful combo like [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] [name_f]Brooklyn[/name_f].
I actually like all the names on your list, and I like them together. [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] feels like the midpoint between your style and your DH’s, and [name_f]Colette[/name_f] would probably be a good compromise, too. [name_f]Cassidy[/name_f] and [name_f]Brooklyn[/name_f] seem much more firmly on his side, [name_f]Daisy[/name_f] on yours, and [name_f]Wendy[/name_f] kind of fits neither of your styles but still could work.
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] is my current favorite girl name, so i’m biased to picking that one. However I really like your whole list! I think [name_f]Brooklyn[/name_f] fits the least with the vintage/not super popular vibes you would prefer
Would you consider [name_f]Theresa[/name_f] nicknamed [name_f]Tessa[/name_f]? It gives it a more vintage name with the more sporty 90s vibe (i grew up with a [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] in my grade and she was a total tomboy so it does skew my view on the name)
[name_f]Wendy[/name_f] is so darling (no pun intended). It does feel a bit mid-century 70s vibe, but i love that it’s unexpected and very sweet, and [name_f]Wendy[/name_f] [name_f]Darling[/name_f] is one of my favorite fictional characters
[name_f]Daisy[/name_f] and [name_f]Tessa[/name_f] would be my top 2 favourites and I think they do make a sweet sibset!
[name_f]Cassidy[/name_f] and [name_f]Brooklyn[/name_f] seem much more modern to me than [name_f]Colette[/name_f] and [name_f]Wendy[/name_f] but I think that’s because I went to school with multiple girls named [name_f]Cassidy[/name_f] and [name_f]Brooklyn[/name_f]
I think all of these names even with the different eras they were most popular in could still work as sisters as none stand out as too odd or different ti the rest
