As I near the end of my second pregnancy (37 weeks), I’ve managed to whittle our name choices down to 3 per gender (we don’t know yet if bub is a boy or a girl). We already have a son named [name_u]Jude[/name_u] & I’d love another name with a similar feel. The contenders are…
My choice would be:
[name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f]
Or
[name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_u]Owen[/name_u]
I actually love [name_u]Owen[/name_u], [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] and [name_u]Jude[/name_u]! [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and [name_m]Ewan[/name_m] are nice as well.
([name_m]Otis[/name_m] was a name of an imaginary friend when I was young and I don’t like the of [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], IV)
You really can’t go wrong with any of your choices, though
[name_f]Iris[/name_f] goes best with [name_u]Jude[/name_u].
[name_u]Owen[/name_u] I like best, although [name_m]Otis[/name_m] does go well with [name_u]Jude[/name_u].
For a girl, my favorite of your names is [name_f]Iris[/name_f] and my second choice would be [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_f]Iris[/name_f] sound fantastic together. [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] seems more common to me.

The mention of the Beatles link is funny as [name_u]Jude[/name_u] was actually named after the song “Hey [name_u]Jude[/name_u]” (& now sings it to himself) & I thought the Beatles connection for [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] would be a nice link between the 2 sibs. I think I’m swinging towards either [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] or [name_f]Iris[/name_f] for a girl, still not sure about a boy though… Thanks again berries!
There is only one boys name I like with [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and that is [name_m]Otis[/name_m]. I love [name_m]Ewan[/name_m] but it has the same problem as [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] (u sound) and [name_u]Owen[/name_u] just seems bland with [name_u]Jude[/name_u].
I love [name_u]Jude[/name_u]! I would choose [name_u]Jude[/name_u] & [name_f]Iris[/name_f] or [name_u]Jude[/name_u] & [name_u]Owen[/name_u]. I love those names so much, such nice sibsets. I like [name_f]Lucy[/name_f], but am not big on the other ones. Good luck and congrats!
Oh, wow! You have great names picked out! I really like [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f]. They sound the best together in my opinion. [name_f]Iris[/name_f] is nice, too, but it doesn’t have the same sing-songy feel that [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] have. I feel like [name_u]Jude[/name_u] and [name_f]Ivy[/name_f] could be siblings in a picture book. I love them together.
