we are expecting our fourth kid (a girl, finally!) and we have spent so many hours searching for the perfect name. Both our tastes in names are very unique but we finally came up with a list of five we absolutely love. But then there’s the problem. Neither one of us can possibly pick any of them over the others.
the options are
[name_u]Tate[/name_u] - meaning cheerful
Carmeline - meaning golden
Kodi - helper
[name_u]Indigo[/name_u] - the color
[name_u]Porter[/name_u] - carrier
Yes i know some of those are more typically boys names but we love them we just need help weeding it down to two of these that go together. Also, for reference, her brothers names are [name_m]Zachary[/name_m] [name_m]Oscar[/name_m], [name_u]Max[/name_u] [name_m]Alexandre[/name_m], and [name_m]Ruben[/name_m] [name_m]Jasper[/name_m]. Carméline is divine. It’s so unique and I think it works well with your boys’ names.
I’m not a fan of [name_u]Tate[/name_u] or [name_u]Porter[/name_u]. They seem very masculine and simple.
[name_u]Indigo[/name_u] is lovely! I think [name_u]Porter[/name_u] and Kodi would be so sweet for a girl! 
Personally, when I hear [name_u]Porter[/name_u], I think of “portly” and “pork.” It’s not a name I’d pick for either gender.
That said, Carmeline and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] are really cool! I like their colorful feel and that they both come with good nickname options, too. [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] “[name_f]Indy[/name_f]” would be fun, and then she’d share a nickname with [name_u]Indiana[/name_u] [name_m]Jones[/name_m] 
So I’d go for Carmeline [name_u]Tate[/name_u] or [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_u]Tate[/name_u], that way you get something surname-y in the middle (and “cheerful” is a great meaning, especially next to color names.)
Another vote for [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] and Carmeline.

Carmeline sounds a little too cutesie for me and [name_u]Porter[/name_u] is way too boy-ish I could never see it on a girl
I think going with [name_u]Carmel[/name_u] or [name_f]Carmelle[/name_f] would be perfect
My favourites are also Carmeline and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] and I like the suggestions of Carmeline [name_u]Tate[/name_u] and [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] Carmeline.
My choice would be Carmeline [name_u]Porter[/name_u]. I think Carmeline is a beautiful and unique name. I love [name_u]Porter[/name_u] as a middle name… AND your sons’ middle names also all end with the ER sound. I think it would be nice to continue the pattern…
My second choice would be [name_u]Indigo[/name_u] [name_u]Porter[/name_u], but I like Carmeline quite a bit more.

Carmeline is definitely my favorite–it sounds the most feminine to me, and I love [name_u]Carmel[/name_u] as a nickname option. I also think it “matches” best with your boys names (though I don’t feel that’s something you MUST necessarily do).
[name_u]Indigo[/name_u] as runner up.

I vote for Carmeline because its the only one that sounds like a girl’s name (in my opinion).
