I thought this seemed like a fun idea! One person posts a combo, and the next person creates an image of what they think they would look like via picrew. For an added element, when you post your combo, you can specify whether you’d like a picture with normal human features only, or one with fantasy features (wings, horns, fangs, unnatural skin tones, etc.)!
(If you want to participate but don’t know where to find picrews, I would suggest either googling around a bit - there are lots out there - or PMing me or someone else in the thread for tips!)
