I think it could work! To me it seems more masculine or neutral rather than feminine at all, but I do think it would work for a girl, particularly in the middle spot.

If im 100% honest I don’t love it, I immediately think of piercings

I can see [name_m]Piers[/name_m] on a male better than [name_u]Pierce[/name_u]. But I can’t see [name_u]Pierce[/name_u] on a female.

I love it on a boy but do not care for it as a girl’s name. It feels too harsh to wear as a female and I wouldn’t personally want to be named [name_u]Pierce[/name_u].

I like [name_u]Pierce[/name_u]. It’s very handsome. I’ve only known men named [name_u]Pierce[/name_u] and I can’t really picture it on a girl. But I think it could be a cool mn for a girl, especially if it’s a family name.

I love the name [name_u]Pierce[/name_u], but it does feel a little more masculine to me. I’m normally all pro gender neutral, this one just doesn’t quite do it for me.
