So I’m pretty sure we’re all familiar with what I consider “place holder names”, examples being Rose, Lynn, Pearl… this isn’t to say they aren’t pretty names but they just kinda get thrown in as middles A LOT I feel when people are stuck and not able to decide on something more.
Basically list some place holder names because I think it could give me some good inspo for second middles as I am a fan of double barrell middle names

being the actual name combo that got me thinking of place holders as second middles instead of first name type names in the first place

I love the names [name_u]Anne[/name_u] and [name_f]Sue[/name_f] and [name_u]Marie[/name_u], even though they are considered the dreaded place holder names so if I used one as a double middle it would be b.c. I love it. Also [name_f]Nell[/name_f], [name_f]Nan[/name_f], [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f]. When we named our unborn daughter [name_f]Cordelia[/name_f] [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] [name_f]Marjorie[/name_f], the [name_f]Elizabeth[/name_f] could be considered a place holder - a name we loved that sounded right in the middle, but I’m considering changing it to [name_f]Sandra[/name_f], my beautiful late mother’s name.
