Please! Wdyt of Rita? Opinions please

Hello nameberries! I wanted your opinions on the baby girl name [name]Rita[/name]? What do you guys think? I love it in memory of [name]Rita[/name] hayworth and I just find it to be so pretty and charming
Also how do you like it with siblings [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name]? Is it too different of a style?
And what middle names I was thinking of
[name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Blair[/name]

I like [name]Rita[/name] and I think it will work just fine. I’m not sure about the middle names, but I defiantly think [name]Rita[/name] is a good name

I love [name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Blair[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name]! So glamorous!

[name]How[/name] about [name]Audrey[/name], like [name]Audrey[/name] Hepburn? Maybe…

[name]Clara[/name]
[name]Loretta[/name]
[name]Virginia[/name]
[name]Meryl[/name]
[name]Shirley[/name]
[name]Glenda[/name]
[name]Lana[/name]
Harlowe
[name]Mae[/name]
[name]Marlene[/name]
[name]Lola[/name]
[name]Valentina[/name]
[name]Maxine[/name]

I think [name]Rita[/name] works well stylistically with [name]Vivienne[/name] and [name]Scarlett[/name]–they all bring to mind old Hollywood. I can’t come up with a reason, but I don’t really like [name]Rita[/name]…I don’t hate it, but I just don’t love the sound. If you love it, though, then that’s what matters!

I posted about the name [name]Rita[/name] not so long, and it wasn’t completely rejected but people weren’t sure if it was ready for a comeback just yet but I love it. I think it’s vintage, but quirky and fun too and I think it fits perfectly with [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name].

[name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Blair[/name] isn’t my style, [name]Marilyn[/name] and [name]Blair[/name] just don’t sound girly enogugh with it. [name]Rita[/name] [name]Seraphine[/name] is a combo I’ve considered, and also [name]Rita[/name] [name]Vivienne[/name]. [name]Rita[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name] [name]Blair[/name]? [name]Rita[/name] [name]Madeleine[/name] [name]Blair[/name], [name]Rita[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] [name]Blair[/name]?

I think [name]Rita[/name] is so spunky! There’s a little girl at my daycare and [name]Rita[/name] is one of her middle names. I love it. I think it sounds spunky but old fashioned just like [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name]. I think the middles you have with it are nice too!

There’s a [name]Rita[/name]'s Ice Cream chain here so it makes me think of ice cream & hot summer days. So I guess it’s a like for me.

[name]Rita[/name] is so spunky! A girl could wear the name [name]Rita[/name] any way she wants to. I love it. [name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Blair[/name] is just gorgeous, and I would swoon to meet sisters named [name]Scarlett[/name], [name]Vivienne[/name], and [name]Rita[/name].

[name]Rita[/name] is very pretty, although my first thought is [name]Rita[/name] Skeeter. [name]Rita[/name], [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name] are very cute together. I don’t know about [name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Blair[/name] myself, but [name]Rita[/name] is very pretty on its own. I honestly think [name]Rita[/name] is very underrated given that it has all the qualities names need lately - it’s spunky but sophisticated and it could suit somebody of any age. I agree that it makes me think of old Hollywood, and I love that!

[name]Scarlett[/name] & [name]Vivienne[/name] are both pretty, but paired together I automatically think of Gone With The Wind.

I [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Rita[/name]. Cute & sassy, familiar yet unexpected, simple & classic, and it ages well.

I’m not sure about the middles though.

[name]Rita[/name] isn’t really a name I’ve thought of, or heard much, but now that I see your post about it, I’m likeing it! It’s cute, fun, spunky, could work on a girly-girl or a tomboy, familiar, but unexpected, easy to spell, easy to pronounce, has a great meaning (“brave, strong”), works for a little girl or a grown woman, and it has a pretty sound to it - so I say it has all the makings of a great name! I’m not personally crazy about the combination of [name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] [name]Blair[/name], but at the moment I can’t think of any great suggestions. Actually [name]Rita[/name] [name]Marilyn[/name] isn’t bad - maybe it’s just that I’m not fond of the name [name]Blair[/name].
Anyway, I vote YES for [name]Rita[/name]!! I think it would be neat to meet a little girl named [name]Rita[/name]!

[name]Rita[/name] was my confirmation name. I kind of like it.

I’m really not a fan of [name]Rita[/name], and I’m surprised how many people like it! It sounds like a very dated “mom” name to me, I know several women in their 40s and 50s named [name]Rita[/name] and I can’t imagine it on a baby at all. Plus, imo, it falls flat next to a name like [name]Vivienne[/name], which is so long and glamorous.

I like it but only as a nickname for [name]Margarita[/name] (which was [name]Rita[/name] Hayworth’s full name).
