Hello all! Hubby and I have finally started to get somewhere with names that we’re agreeing on, but now we need to shorten the list! Which is your favorite out of these? What do you picture when you see these names? [name_f]Do[/name_f] you have any suggestions? Thank you!
It’s classic, timeless, confident, and confidence-inspiring. It has good flow. It’s familiar but not overused. I can easily envision a [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] in any career field. A good solid name that will set her apart but won’t hold her back.
Three stood out to me out of your list:
[name_f]Serenity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]
[name_f]Samara[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f]
[name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]
Eve [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is definitely the timeless classic in the bunch so you cant go wrong there. The other two are beautiful and less heard off so the names stand out in a wow factor way. And I do find the middles to be interchangeable if you’re liking one over the other each can work on the two firsts beautifully.
Of the three my personal choice is [name_f]Serenity[/name_f] however for you I would have voted for all three if I could have.
So many good options! [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and [name_f]Serenity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] are my favorites! (I put my vote in for [name_f]Serenity[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f]…so peaceful, mature, and kind.)
Hmmm I’m going back and forth between the two [name_f]Samara[/name_f] and [name_f]Serenity[/name_f].
When I look at a combo with a surname I try to look at it the two ways. With the first and last only (what they will hear most of the time) and with the full name. With these two I think they both look and sound fantastic. I’m leaning slightly at this second to [name_f]Samara[/name_f] [name_f]Joy[/name_f] but seriously ask in a minute and I’ll likely sway the other way! Two great combos!
As for [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f]- The [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] with [name_f]Amber[/name_f] is throwing me off as they’re both coming off themey IMO And I’m not sure about the flow of [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Amber[/name_f]. They kind of blend together in my ear like a month… [name_u]November[/name_u],[name_u]December[/name_u], [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Amber[/name_f]…
Haha, got it. I think [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is out then, unfortunately; they do blend a little too much! It’s funny that you mention [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] and [name_f]Amber[/name_f] being themey because the first name that my hubby and I both liked was [name_f]Jade[/name_f], but [name_f]Jade[/name_f] [name_f]Amber[/name_f] just felt like way too much gemstone! : )
I voted for [name_u]Damaris[/name_u] [name_f]Eve[/name_f], but my real favourite would be [name_f]Eve[/name_f] [name_u]Damaris[/name_u] It’s a beautiful combo which has a lovely balance of strength, spark and elegance.
Ah just saw your surname! While I adore Eve as a first, with your surname I think Damaris Eve works really well. I love the way Damaris flows and sounds with a.m.b.e.r

Eve [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is my favorite! I adore [name_f]Eve[/name_f], and [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] works with her perfectly! [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] is probably my second favorite (I love [name_f]Jane[/name_f] with a refreshing middle!), followed by [name_f]Lyra[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] and then [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f].
