I like quite a few of them, but I think it makes sense to choose something around the popularity [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] would have been about 15-20 years ago, or perhaps a bit less popular (if the parents met more Isabels than they’d prefer).
I think [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] and [name_f]Alice[/name_f] are good options, they’d be in the 400s (where [name_f]Isabel[/name_f] was in the 150-250 range). I think [name_f]Lillian[/name_f] or [name_f]Lily[/name_f] would be perfect, 200ish popularity-wise and sounds lovely next to [name_f]Isabel[/name_f].
And [name_f]Cecily[/name_f]'s just too darling, I can’t not vote for [name_f]Cecily[/name_f].
I voted for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f]. It just sounds perfect for your character, plus I just love the name. 
Oh, and I also voted for [name_f]Susanna[/name_f] and [name_f]Lilia[/name_f]. [name_m]Both[/name_m] match [name_f]Isabel[/name_f], but I didn’t think they fit the character as much.
