[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] is beautiful and I love that it symbolises ‘remembrance’
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] are beautiful together!
I know lots of adults called [name_f]Poppy[/name_f], it’s not childish at all.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] is nice, personally wouldn’t pair two flower names together so something like [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Eloise[/name_f] or [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Grace[/name_f] not [name_f]Rose[/name_f]
And from those names I would pick [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Liara[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] is a great name and not too childish in my opinion! [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] go nicely together but are definitely setting a strong flower theme. [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a bit too flowery for me, I would probably go with a middle name that isn’t also a flower personally.

I think [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] is fine, especially considering the vintage-turned-modern names that are trending heavily upward right now.
If you want extremely themed similar names, yes they do.
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] are good friends but definitely their own person.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
I would pick Eliara because I like different names

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] is such a bright, bubbly name! I’ve met several Poppys - one would be in her late 20s now, one is a teen and the others have been little children. It’s fitted them all well!
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] are sweet and work - maybe a bit too obviously floral to me, but they work.
[name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] give me the vibes of tea parties, fairy wings, sparkly journals and shades of pink - sisters who are close and stay close even if they grow up and go in totally different directions interest/work/personality wise.
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Beatrix[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_u]Alba[/name_u] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
I think I’d pick [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]

I love [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]! Hair ribbons, dog walks, home baked cakes, mischievous and a little messy, bright red welly boots on a frosty day.
For me [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] and [name_f]Lily[/name_f] are too themey together tbh, but not the worst.
Again, [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] is a bit too floral. Maybe… [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_u]Wren[/name_u] or [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_u]June[/name_u]?
From your choices I like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Elsa[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f] - very pretty, a hint of vintage charm and not too many Ls getting tangled!

[name_f]Poppy[/name_f] is lovely. I know one and she has a bright, bubbly and kind personality. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] would be a nice set. [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] [name_f]Eva[/name_f] [name_f]Rose[/name_f] flows well, and honestly I think two flower names are fine together. I would pick [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Pearl[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f]
I don’t think it’s childish at all, it’s a flower so I don’t understand the opinion that it is! I know a [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] in her 30s and I know Poppys who are from baby to school age. [name_f]Lily[/name_f] and [name_f]Poppy[/name_f] are very matchy, not my kind of thing but they do go together well.
I’d go for [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Aurelia[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f], something long to break up the short names. From your list I really like [name_f]Lily[/name_f] [name_f]Alexia[/name_f] [name_f]Hope[/name_f] best.
