I chose [name_f]Posey[/name_f] after a long hesitation. I think they all work, but here’s why I chose [name_f]Posey[/name_f].

  1. [name_f]Posie[/name_f] - the “ie” looks cutesy, which I’m ok with, but [name_f]Posey[/name_f]/[name_f]Posy[/name_f]/[name_f]Posie[/name_f] (the name itself I mean) is already pretty cutesy, so I eliminated the cutesy version.
  2. [name_f]Posy[/name_f] - looked a bit short, like a nickname almost. So it got eliminated too, even though I don’t mind nickname-y names (I love [name_u]Charlie[/name_u] and [name_f]Evie[/name_f] and [name_f]Lucy[/name_f] ect.)
  3. [name_f]Posey[/name_f] - [name_f]Posey[/name_f] seemed like the good inbetween option. Also, it’s what you used to start the poll, so it seemed like it was the most natural for you. [name_f]Posey[/name_f] looks like a full name and not too cutesy, which I like.

[name_f]Posy[/name_f]/ey/ie is really a great name though!

I prefer [name_f]Posey[/name_f].

The spelling [name_f]Poesy[/name_f] – same prn – is an archaic or literary term for [name_f]Poetry[/name_f], and I actually prefer it overall (gives me more of a dual meaning flowers & poetry than [name_f]Posey[/name_f] does for some reason).

I like [name_f]Posey[/name_f] the best. [name_f]Posy[/name_f] seems too short. Also, my favorite baseball player’s name is [name_m]Buster[/name_m] [name_f]Posey[/name_f], so that may or may not have influenced my choice.
