I know a few boys named [name_u]Presley[/name_u] (one in his early 20s and the other is a teen), so it seems more male to me, but it is cute.
I don’t think it’s particularly cutesy, it’s got quite strong sounds to balance out the sweet -lee ending. Not my favourite, but certainly wearable.
Presley isn’t too cutesy. To me, it has a cooler vibe. It isn’t quite like the other -ley names I think. I like it!
My first thought was [name_m]Elvis[/name_m], but apart from that, [name_u]Presley[/name_u] is wearable. A pp mentioned [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f]. this reminds me of [name_f]Priscilla[/name_f] [name_u]Presley[/name_u]. I think that would have to be a guilty pleasure name.
