[name_m]How[/name_m] do you personally pronounce the name [name_f]Emmeline[/name_f]?
I suppose it would be like [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-line, but when I first saw it, I read it as [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-leen (oddly).
I kind of go back and forth between [name_f]Emma[/name_f] line and [name_f]Emma[/name_f] leen. [name_m]Both[/name_m] are nice, but I prefer line.
When I say it out loud it sounds like: [name_f]Emma[/name_f] [name_f]Line[/name_f]

There are 3 accepted pronunciations. [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-leen(which I prefer) [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-line or [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-lynn.
I say [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-line because that’s how it was pronounced in the movie version of [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of Avonlea (sequel to [name_f]Anne[/name_f] of [name_u]Green[/name_u] Gables) that I watched when I was a kid. I think [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-leen and [name_f]Emma[/name_f]-lynn are both acceptable, too.
