These names are starting to grow on me. We still like [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_m]Boone[/name_m], but the Q names are intriguing.
I understand that [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is gaining popularity as a girl name. We’re having a boy, and I find the name endearing and I like just “Q” for a nickname.
Please share any thoughts or feelings you associate with either name. Thank you!
Thanks casilda! [name_f]Octavia[/name_f] is such a strong name, I love it! I think we’re in agreement about [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] > [name_u]Quincy[/name_u].
Thank you, kala_way! [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] is still in the lead I think, but [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] sounds so adorable! Maybe we’ll squeeze it into the middle:
[name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]
We also like [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_m]Boone[/name_m].
[name_u]Love[/name_u] this site and all of the positive replies. Means a lot to me!
[name_u]Quincy[/name_u] is a great name but [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_m]Boone[/name_m] just has so much spunk about it. I love it. I also love [name_m]Wes[/name_m] as a solid nickname.
I love both [name_u]Quincy[/name_u] and [name_u]Quinn[/name_u]. Go with [name_u]Quincy[/name_u] and he could be both! [name_u]Quincy[/name_u] nn [name_u]Quin[/name_u]
I don’t like [name_u]Quincy[/name_u], but [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is nice. I like it for both sexes, and I don’t think its being used as a girl name too should stop you. Personally, I prefer it to [name_m]Wesley[/name_m], but [name_m]Wesley[/name_m] [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] is a great combo!
I’ve been thinking a lot about the [name_u]Quinn[/name_u] names lately too. And i really like [name_u]Quincy[/name_u]. [name_m]How[/name_m] do you pronounce it though?
I live near [name_m]Boston[/name_m] and say it with a harder Z sound. But i think most people say it with a softer sound. I don’t know if the differing pronunciation bothers me?
