Ra 🌞

I absolutely love the name [name_f]Zamira[/name_f], and I just thought of the nickname [name_m]Ra[/name_m] for her! I know it’s unique, but I feel like it’s really cool and unexpected. Plus, [name_m]Ra[/name_m] is the Ancient Egyptian [name_f]Sun[/name_f] [name_m]God[/name_m], which makes it even more special to me since it connects to my culture. I love how it gives the name a strong yet mystical feel, and it’s short and easy to say. [name_f]Do[/name_f] you think it works? Would love to hear your thoughts!

[name_f]Zamira[/name_f] nn [name_m]Ra[/name_m] is absolutely adorable!! It adds some extra coolness and edge to an already beautiful name, and manages to feel (to me, at least) both fresh and timeless. The cultural connection makes it even more gorgeous <3

Sure! It wouldn’t be intuitive for me (Zam, Zami, [name_f]Mira[/name_f], Rara, [name_f]Zaza[/name_f] or [name_f]Mimi[/name_f] would be) so I’m not sure how well it would stick as a nickname, but it sounds cool in theory and it does work! While I’m familiar with the Egyptian god I wouldn’t make the connection since your [name_m]Ra[/name_m] would be a girl, but I guess what matters is that you see it!
