Hello berries,
I saw someone’s thread and they were talking about their kid named [name_u]Everest[/name_u]. I really like this name for a boy. It has a lot of potential, cute nn. But what about [name_m]Rainier[/name_m]? It’s also another mountain name and I think it’s really handsome.
What do u think and what would be some good, maybe short, middle names for it?

I quite like [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] - it has an interesting, rugged sound! My only doubt is that it also sounds like a description of the weather.
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Luca[/name_u]/[name_m]Luke[/name_m]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Cruz[/name_u]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Otto[/name_m]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Rhett[/name_m]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Flynn[/name_u]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Seth[/name_u]
[name_m]Rainer[/name_m] [name_u]Percy[/name_u]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Levi[/name_m]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Joss[/name_u]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Jax[/name_m]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Paxton[/name_u]/[name_u]Pax[/name_u]
I really like [name_m]Rainier[/name_m]! It fits nicely into the recognizable but uncommon sweet spot, is handsome, and I think it would be wearable on most males. I would choose a middle without a heavy R sound.
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Tate[/name_u]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Slade[/name_m]
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Silas[/name_m]
I love [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Paxton[/name_u] and [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Cruz[/name_u]!
[name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Slade[/name_m] is badass and of course I love [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Silas[/name_m].
Thank you!
I really like [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] with the [name_m]French[/name_m] pronunciation, REH-nyeh, though I don’t think the mountain you speak of is pronounced this way (perhaps more like [name_u]RAY[/name_u]-neer?)…how are you pronouncing [name_m]Rainier[/name_m]?
I don’t think [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] is as obvious as [name_u]Everest[/name_u] in regard to the mountain, however, that may well depend on where you are. [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] is gentle and soft, yet strong and handsome - great name.
I really like it, it’s rugged and reminds me of [name_m]Wilder[/name_m]. I’m afraid it would get confused for rainy-er (like the weather), instead of the correct pronunciation (at least per the mountain) of [name_u]Ray[/name_u]-neer. I’m not sure if people here in the PNW would think it’s cool or just look at you like you’re crazy.
Well I have [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] nn [name_u]Ren[/name_u] literally on my signature right now, I love it I think it has this flowing strength to it, for me it feels like it’s connected to mountains, sky, land and water all at once it’s the epitome of a nature name.
My obvious suggestion is [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Rowan[/name_u], I love that alliteration and there’s a strength to it. Another berry was considering [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] or [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] __ [name_m]Ethan[/name_m] and I love that. Also seconding [name_m]Rainier[/name_m] [name_u]Cruz[/name_u] because that is seriously awesome (might steal whOOps), other than that:
