Too much of a stretch? [name_u]Or[/name_u] kinda cool?
Personally, it’s too much of a stretch. I can maaaybe see it working for [name_f]Romina[/name_f], but still unsure. Maybe something like [name_f]Romina[/name_f] [name_f]Xanthe[/name_f] could lead to [name_f]Roxy[/name_f]? [name_u]Or[/name_u] a different combination of firsts and middles?

i don’t think it’s a stretch at all! i love it! any name with roxy as a nickname 
ramona & roxy also have very similar feels! totally works!

I like it! We considered Rue/Roo for [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] which seems like no less of a stretch. [name_f]Roxy[/name_f] is cute and funky, same vibe as I get from [name_f]Ramona[/name_f].

It is a bit of a stretch, but I think it’s fine! Probably very biased since I adore both, but [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] nn [name_f]Roxy[/name_f] is fantastic! I do agree that having a middle with an X somewhere in there (not necessarily the initial letter) could be a good idea!

I think you can do it, though I’m personally not keen on [name_f]Roxy[/name_f] but love [name_f]Ramona[/name_f].

I think it’s a stretch. [name_f]Roxanne[/name_f] nn [name_f]Roxy[/name_f] makes more sense to me.

[name_f]Roxy[/name_f] sort of feels like it could be a nickname for any R name, IMO, so I’d say it’s fine here; however I love [name_u]Romy[/name_u] so much as a nickname for [name_f]Ramona[/name_f]!

Late to this topic, but I think it could work! A middle name with an x in it – such as [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] [name_u]Alexis[/name_u] – would seal the deal for sure, but I don’t think an x middle name is necessary.
One nickname I recently thought of for [name_f]Ramona[/name_f] could be [name_m]Rami[/name_m]! You could either pronounce it Rah-mee (like [name_m]Rami[/name_m] Malek) or Ray-mee.
