BTW: B3atriz does not mean beloved. It means âshe who brings happinessâ, which is still a cool meaning

[name_f]Lila[/name_f] - Iâm not usually a Lila/Layla/Lola etc fan, I think they sound a little babyish, BUT having said that I love the meaning behind this name for you so Iâll give it 6/10
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] - I agree, nobody owns [name_f]Elinor[/name_f] and it sounds like your personal connection is an important one. Also, [name_f]Nora[/name_f] is adorably vintage and wearable at any age. 8/10
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] - I feel like Iâve been waxing lyrical about [name_f]Flora[/name_f] a lot recently, I love her and think sheâs mischievously sweet on a young girl. Again, excellent vintage vibes but not clunky, she feels fresh and timeless. 9/10
[name_u]Esmé[/name_u] - goes super well with your name! Such a pretty and underrated gem. 7/10
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] - oh wow I like [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] a lot but I donât love the connection you pointed out. [name_m]Even[/name_m] as a name person thatâs new to me, so I donât think most people would associate with that, but if it would bother you then I would avoid it. Otherwise a very pretty balletic name. For just the name itself, 7/10

Gosh as someone who suffers from reoccurring kidney stones they suck and I hope you make a feel better soon
Lila ~ bright happy name that has a jazzy vibe I lift itâs someone who plays the saxophone in a popular jazz club that wears bright coloured clothes and has a gorgeous cloud of Afro hair around her face.
Nora ~ massively grown on me I think sheâs a sweet vintage choice that feels bright and playful. Nora gives off cottagecore vibes my only hang up is the association with the ex partner personally I wouldnât use a name associated with my partners ex. Still thatâs personal preference if youâre cool with it then thatâs fine! I think I would not Elinor by going Leonora or Eleanora.
Flora ~ adore Flora!!! Sheâs so sweet, youthful, has tons of springtime imagery and feels refreshing, I met a Flora the other day and had a complete namenerd moment sheâs truly beautiful.
Esme ~ another gorgeous name! Esme is pretty, feminine, has a gorgeous meaning âbelovedâ and looks so attractive. I wanted to point that your name means âshe who brings happinessâ so not the same but they are both lovely meanings.
Elodie ~ I really like this name and I always thought that St Alodia is the patron saint of runaways â children who have lost all hope of discovering a path to the future. The meaning associated with St. Alodia is âgreat power; great courage. In my opinion it was a Saint that protected children so I always interpreted the saint positively. Rather than a negative association with child abuse. However if that is the case it too would make me hesitant to use the name. I really like Elodie sheâs elegant, melodic and has a pretty European flair. But like you Iâm not feeling about iffy about this child abuse association.
My favourites are Esme + Flora

Just replying with my impressions on name, without taking into account your attachments/ honours.
Lila - I like this name but perhaps itâs a little too lean and âpretty girlâ for me. I would probably go Lara, Lillia, or even a hyphenated, like Lila-Rose. Having said that, if youâre a cool person, Lila is cool; if youâre not, itâs feels a bit too cutesy if that makes sense. 6.5/10
Nora - itâs such a smart, reliable, bookish girl name! I would probably use it as a nickname for another name but itâs a name for all ages / contexts. Noraâs get things done. 8/10
Flora - a posh girl name to me, which isnât good or bad, just the association. I really like it! Itâs a fun, attractive, and romantic name. 8.5/10
Esme(e) - Iâm really liking this name - which is funny because I didnât growing up (it was my great auntâs name). Iâm also liking Idamae (someone on here posted it) and Ismay. They seem a little fresher to me. Either way, Esme seems arty, self-reliant and alluring. 7.5/10
Elodie - I didnât use to like this name but itâs hot on here these days so Iâm coming around. Itâs very sprightly and inviting - especially if itâs said with French pace. 7/10

[name_u]Esmé[/name_u] - always loved that one! Sounds like milk with honey. Sweet, warm and kind sounding name.
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] - love the thought of lilacs
I like itâs pretty! Iâm even thinking âLilacâ would be sweet.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] - I personally prefer Elinor/ [name_f]Eleanore[/name_f] etc, but [name_f]Nora[/name_f] is very sweet

[name_f]Flora[/name_f] - would be my top fave together with [name_f]Elodie[/name_f], but Iâm thinking what if someone would think it sounds like to word âfloorâ. Florabel and Florabeth are in my top 10 faves, but I keep thinking about this ÂŽfloorâ thing myself. But yes, itâs beautiful!!!
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] - That association ruins it completely for me! Iâm incredibly sorry to hear about your associations.
I def wouldnât use it, if it makes you even think about it. But it sounds perhaps the prettiest of them all⊠Perhaps [name_f]Melody[/name_f]? [name_f]Melodie[/name_f]? [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] sounds gorgeous⊠[name_f]Alodia[/name_f] is not that similar to me, but yeahâŠ

Lila-- 7/10: I think it is pretty, classic, and well known, and works on any age. However, I do think it has been a bit overused at this point.
Nora-- 6/10: I donât mind this name, but I find it a bit underwhelming and bland. I think it would be a very nice nickname for [name_f]Eleanor[/name_f] though.
Flora-- 9/10: I think this is such a pretty, underused name that would sound both charmingly old fashioned, and stylish today. I think its meaning is very nice, and it brings to mind flower fields and cottage-core theme.
Esme-- 5/10: It isnât ugly, and sounds sophisticated and classy, but I donât particularly like the âEzzâ sound, and it also sounds kind of⊠stuck up? I canât help associating it with [name_u]Esme[/name_u] Squalor from Unfortunate Events, but since that is the only place Iâve come across it, it might be an unfair association.
Elodie-- 6.5/10: I do think the sound of it is pretty, and is kind of whimsical and fairyish. However, it is very uncommon and might get mispronounced.
Gosh they are so horrible honestly so I feel your pain I hope you recover soon I always end up having surgery itâs a bit exhausting! [name_f]Hope[/name_f] you feel better soon and I hope you donât ever suffer them again
Regarding St [name_f]Alodia[/name_f] I think itâs up to how you interpret the saint and if you do have concerns then I wouldnât use the name. Personally I see the saint in a different light so itâs up to you and your viewpoint.

in order of my favourite to least favourite:
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] - I think the âFl-â makes [name_f]Flora[/name_f] sound so elegant! I also love the meaning, being a nature lover.
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f] - a beautiful [name_u]French[/name_u] name. I donât think many people (if any) would make the [name_f]Alodia[/name_f] connection, Iâve loved the name [name_f]Elodie[/name_f] for ages and had no idea about it!
[name_u]EsmĂ©[/name_u] - I do love the meaning, I like this name but probably wouldnât use it as it gives me âsnootyâ vibes.
[name_f]Lila[/name_f] - this name seems a bit childish to me, not sure why⊠I do much prefer the spelling [name_f]Lyla[/name_f]!
[name_f]Nora[/name_f] - too old-fashioned for my liking. I know itâs popular in the US right now but I honestly canât imagine it on a kid.

[name_u]Esme[/name_u] - 4/10, cute, but bad associations and would never use

[name_f]Lila[/name_f] 8 , it has sentimental value to me, I like it both spelled Lie-la and Lee-la.
[name_f]Flora[/name_f] 8, it makes me think of a beautiful young girl in the 20s.
[name_f]Elodie[/name_f]: 7. Itâs a nice, elegant name, especially if pronounced in the [name_u]French[/name_u] way, but I do not like it particularly.
[name_f]Nora[/name_f]: 6, it loses a lot in comparison to [name_f]Elinor[/name_f] imo
EsmĂš: 6. Not my cup of tea
