[name_f]Jenna[/name_f] 7/10 (bad associations for me though)
[name_f]Gianna[/name_f] 8/10
They’re such different propositions to me:
Jolie is “pretty” but some confusion over pronunciation (eg Angelina JO-lee versus French Zho-LII) - 7/10
Jenna - more well-known and straightforward but seems pretty dated / 90s to me - 7/10
Gianna - again might get confusion over whether it’s two or three syllables (I’m assuming it’s two?) - I don’t love the sounds of this name (too like parmigiana) so it’s a 6/10 for me but it could be more culturally meaningful and cool for you especially if it goes well with the child’s last name.
[name_f]Jolie[/name_f] - 7/10 cute, but not for me.
[name_f]Jenna[/name_f] - 5/10 there’s nothing wrong with it necessarily. It just seems kinda dated.
[name_f]Gianna[/name_f] - 6/10 it’s more sparkly, but still not for me. It’s too specifically Italian. Not that Italian is bad. I just have no connections to anything Italian. And for people who do have some Italian heritage, it seems like this is the go to name.
None of these names are terrible though. They’re just not my personal preference.
