Now because of the Disney movie I would say Rye-Uh, but I originally thought it was Ray-Uh and I’ve seen many people pronounce it Ray-Uh.

I would say Ray-uh, as I personally know several with this name and all are pronounced this way. The Disney movie is the only time I’ve heard it pronounced Rye-uh. For the [name_f]English[/name_f] alphabet, it would phonetically be pronounced Ray-uh.

due to the influence of the movie raya and the last dragon, i’d pronounce it rye-uh. if i didn’t have this movie’s associations, i’d instinctively pronounce it ray-uh.
