So I know Reece/Reese is the American version of [name_u]Rhys[/name_u]. Is one spelling more commonly used for boys??
I think [name_u]Reece[/name_u] is probably less gender-neutral in perception, due to [name_u]Reese[/name_u] Witherspoon using the S spelling. But I have to say, I prefer [name_u]Reese[/name_u] for either sex!
I think they’re both pretty unisex. Personally, I would use [name_u]Reese[/name_u] for a boy if I couldn’t use [name_u]Rhys[/name_u].
I am partial to [name_u]Rhys[/name_u], but Resse is a close second
Reese/ [name_u]Reece[/name_u] seems feminine to me regardless of which one. I blame Witherspoon for that. For a boy I’d use [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] or consider an alternate like [name_m]Reeves[/name_m]
[name_u]Reese[/name_u], definitely.
[name_u]Rhys[/name_u] is my favorite by far but my second choice is [name_u]Reese[/name_u]!
To me, both are unisex-leaning-masculine. I prefer [name_u]Reese[/name_u]!
[name_u]Reece[/name_u] for me
Both are great names for boys/or girls! [name_u]Reese[/name_u] is more common, though.
I like [name_u]Reese[/name_u] more, [name_u]Reece[/name_u] just reminds me of rice
I would use [name_u]Reese[/name_u] because you would have to correct all the time for [name_u]Reece[/name_u]. I do like [name_u]Rhys[/name_u] tho and I know people have a hard time spelling that
When I hear the name, my default spelling is [name_u]Reese[/name_u]. I’m not sure if that’s actually the most common spelling, though.
[name_f]My[/name_f] favorite by far is [name_u]Rhys[/name_u].
[name_u]Reece[/name_u] is generally boys and [name_u]Reese[/name_u] is generally girls
