So, on a whim of curiosity I started watched “fate- the winx saga” on netflix. I’ve never watched the cartoons before so I was unfamiliar with the names. But the main guys name is [name_u]Sky[/name_u] and the other is named [name_u]Riven[/name_u]. (Most of the time he’s called Riv.)

But then I thought, I never hear anyone mention this name, why? It’s like the perfect ground between [name_u]Raven[/name_u] and [name_u]River[/name_u], have we just stopped over it this whole time?

What’s your thoughts on the name?

I personally wouldn’t use it but can appreciate it for someone else.

Ooh [name_u]Riven[/name_u] is interesting. I quite like it

Right? I know it’s not gonna be everyone’s thing, but you think it’d get used a bit at least!

I like the sound of [name_u]Riven[/name_u], but it’s too close to [name_m]Lord[/name_m] of the Rings (Rivendell) for it to be useable for me!

I really like the sound and definitely see its appeal. I would be hesitant to use it as a first name because I think it would get mistaken for [name_u]Raven[/name_u] and [name_u]River[/name_u] more often than I’m willing to deal with.
