Thoughts on this Italian name for a half Italian baby boy living in UK ……
I think it’s a lovely choice and would be well-received here in the UK. [name_m]Roman[/name_m] is currently quite popular where I am. I instantly read it as Roh-mah-noh but wonder if people might pronounce it as Roman-oh. 
Either way, it wouldn’t be hard to correct.
[name_m]Romano[/name_m] is pretty charming! I think it could work
All I can think of is the cheese. What about [name_m]Roman[/name_m], [name_u]Rome[/name_u], [name_u]Romy[/name_u], [name_m]Romeo[/name_m]?
I think [name_m]Romano[/name_m] is cute but could be mistaken for [name_m]Roman[/name_m] as that name is ever so popular still would definitely work so I say go for it
