[name_f]Love[/name_f] [name_f]Romy[/name_f]! She feels spunky and adventurous and courageous and stylish and bookish and cozy. I would love to meet (or have!) a Romy… it’s a great name.

I love the name [name_f]Romy[/name_f]! I feel like it’s chic and does a good job of being both spunky/playful and professional.

[name_f]My[/name_f] aunt’s name is [name_f]Romy[/name_f] (born in the 60s) and she’s actually always disliked her name and tried to change it as a teenager :grimacing: But she also grew up in a conservative area where it was mispronounced. Since then, I think [name_f]Romy[/name_f] has gotten a bit more mainstream (Romy & Michelle’s high school reunion, a few celebrities have used the name…) and names have become more unique anyway so I think she’s an outlier.

Been a fave for a long time - knew a girl called [name_f]Romy[/name_f] growing up and she was a model which was super cool as a teen! I find it a jet-setter, glam name while also being friendly.

I generally prefer long names with great nickname potential and [name_f]Romy[/name_f] falls into a rocking nickname for me

I love it!

It’s definitely a name that can stand on its own but it’s my personal favourite as a nickname for Romilly!!

It’s also a super sweet boys’ nickname to go with names like [name_m]Rome[/name_m], [name_m]Roman[/name_m] and Romeo!!
