Round Two: Sister for Mairead

For those of you that have been following the saga of finding a second girls name continues. I kinda thought that we were leaning towards [name_f]Oona[/name_f] but now DH doesn’t like it. He really wants [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] but I’m not sure yet.

So we narrowed it down to names that we both like and have added a couple of new contenders.

I like [name_u]Adair[/name_u], he’s not sold but is willing to consider it. It could grow on him.

We could use [name_f]Caoimhe[/name_f] as a first name- my reservation is that it doesn’t sound as “adult” as [name_f]Mairead[/name_f]- as in it may not age well?

We both like [name_f]Freya[/name_f] but I am worried about its growing popularity.

If we use [name_f]Caoimhe[/name_f], [name_u]Adair[/name_u] or [name_f]Freya[/name_f] we will need to come up with new first place middles.

With Mariead, my first choice would be [name_f]Caoimhe[/name_f]. It sounds perfectly adult to me, as least as much as [name_f]Freya[/name_f] and [name_u]Adair[/name_u].

I don’t really like [name_f]Oona[/name_f], but [name_f]Una[/name_f] is pretty. [name_f]Ottilie[/name_f] is also very pretty doesn’t really seem like a sister to [name_f]Mairead[/name_f].
