Rewatching How I Met Your Mother and in this episode, [name_m]Ted[/name_m] is dating a girl named [name_u]Royce[/name_u] - what do you all think of [name_u]Royce[/name_u]?
I think I respect it as a fresh, unique choice, and I’d be excited to meet one, but I don’t like it enough to use myself.
It’s cool, although I prefer it on a boy, or [name_u]Joyce[/name_u].
I like it more on a boy.
I find it a bit harsh if I’m honest
Royce for a boy is cool, but I don’t like it for a girl. [name_f]Reina[/name_f] would be nicer.
It reminds me of Rolls-[name_u]Royce[/name_u] so it has the same feel to me as [name_f]Mercedes[/name_f] or [name_u]Bentley[/name_u]. It’s not my favorite style but I know it appeals to some people.
Rolls [name_u]Royce[/name_u] is forefront but that’s a household name so it works.
I worked with a little girl named [name_u]Royce[/name_u] at a summer camp one year and she was the sweetest. I really love the name and we called her Roycie so that made it a more “girly” sounding name. I agree that it’s a fresh and unique choice, so if you really like it, I’d use it.
Love it for a boy, but I’m not sure how I feel about it for a girl? It could grow on me though 
I know an [name_f]Olivia[/name_f] [name_u]Royce[/name_u] and I think it’s the sweetest pair ! Her big sister is [name_u]Aubrey[/name_u]. It’s a family name and I love it for them
I would definitely consider using [name_u]Royce[/name_u] as an honour for [name_u]Roy[/name_u]
I like it! I think it’s edgy and much prefer it over very plain and dated [name_u]Joyce[/name_u], the name [name_u]Royce[/name_u] in general reminds me of [name_m]Prince[/name_m] [name_u]Royce[/name_u] a famous Latin singer, just as [name_u]Joyce[/name_u] is dated on a girl for me, [name_u]Royce[/name_u] is dated on a guy for me lol
Really dislike the sound.
The only experience I’ve had with the name is through [name_u]Twilight[/name_u] and while that [name_u]Royce[/name_u] was a minor character he was also a real horrible one which ruins it for me.
I know a couple guys named [name_u]Royce[/name_u] thst I haven’t been a fan of so its badly associated for me. I find it too masculine for a girl.
Funny because I love [name_u]Reese[/name_u] a ton for boys and girls but [name_u]Royce[/name_u] doesn’t excite me.
I don’t remember a [name_u]Royce[/name_u] in [name_u]Twilight[/name_u], although its been MANY years since I read them - which book did they appear in?
Eclipse is when [name_f]Rosalie[/name_f] tells her story, right? He plays a major part in her background
I like it. Its a sharper version of [name_f]Rose[/name_f] when its spelled Royse. Although I like the [name_u]Royce[/name_u] spelling much better.
