Ruby or Bridget?

Which one do you prefer and why?

I like both.
Depends what type of character your child is.
[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]- [name_m]Brown[/name_m] hair girl with green eyes that loves horse riding/pets- is very calm.
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u]- strong willed, likes to argue, opinionated.
ruby should either be ginger or black haired with green/golden/hazel eyes
I kind of prefer [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] as I know 10 [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]'s. [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] is unique.

I prefer [name_f]Bridget[/name_f].

[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] just feels very trendy with the nature name trend that there is, [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] still has the more low-profile feeling that I like

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. It feels vintage and modern at the same time and just so fresh. I have known a lot of people considering it but no-one eventually used it. I also like the nickname [name_f]Bridie[/name_f] very much. [name_f]Birdie[/name_f] can work, too.
[name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is lovely but too “it” for my taste. Reminds me of [name_u]Tobey[/name_u] [name_m]Maguire[/name_m]'s daughter.

I prefer [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is very rock n roll to me. And I am a personal follower the rule of never naming your kid after a color, gemstone, or flower. So [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] is my pick.

[name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. More uncommon and just so pretty. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is far from unattractive though.

I prefer [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]. I think it is sweet and youthful, but it can age pretty well. It fits in with the trends, without being too trendy. I’ve never liked [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. I just don’t like the sound.

I’ve recently taken a fresh look at [name_f]Bridget[/name_f], and I’m starting to like it a lot. I’ve only ever known one [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] my whole life, so I think I used to dismiss it because the name was so specific for that one person to me. But it’s kinda one of those sweet spot names. Familiar, everyone knows how to spell it, great meaning and namesakes, and feels modern despite its history, but still uncommon. So I would say [name_f]Bridget[/name_f], though I also love [name_u]Ruby[/name_u].

I love [name_f]Bridget[/name_f]. I think it is a classy name that works well throughout life and on different personalities.

I prefer [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] because I think it would age better. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is a bit too cutesy for me.

I prefer [name_u]Ruby[/name_u], I feel like [name_f]Bridget[/name_f] is slightly outdated.

I like both very much, depends a lot on the last name and family names it is paired with, though

I love both, but [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] fits my personal style!
