I prefer [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]. Where [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] is beautiful, it feels like a name that it heavily associated with one period of naming, which bothers me a little. [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] feels more classic. I can imagine a [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] of any age.

Came here to say exactly this. [name_f]Siena[/name_f] the town is beautiful, but I don’t really care for [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] the name.

[name_f]Sienna[/name_f] gets my vote - she is my #1 for a girl!

Despite pp’s saying [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] is timeless, I personally feel like it’s very trendy right now, and would put it alongside [name_u]Harper[/name_u], [name_f]Scarlett[/name_f], and [name_f]Ava[/name_f]. These aren’t bad names though, just not for me.

I voted [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] as I feel like I hear [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] constantly (though most of that may be due to NB - it’s suggested a lot more than it ever used to be), and [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] feels a bit less tired to my ears now.

I prefer [name_u]Ruby[/name_u]. For me it has more character. I like the sounds of [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] much more. I also agree with the previous comments about [name_f]Sienna[/name_f] feeling more now and [name_u]Ruby[/name_u] being more timeless.
