S.s 🧚🏼‍♀️

I have been playing around with baby names, and one combination that unexpectedly popped into my head was Sereia Shiloh. I am not normally a fan of alliteration, but for some reason this one has really stuck with me. I love the soft, dreamy feel of both names individually, but I’m wondering if Sereia Shiloh together is a bit too much. I’d love some honest opinions—does it flow well, or do the repeated S sounds make it feel over the top?

Thank you.

I think the beginning sounds of [name_f]Sereia[/name_f] and [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] are distinct enough that they flow rather well. I think it’s lovely.

I actually think it’s beautiful, so soft and dreamy! [name_m]Kit[/name_m] is right, the fact that it’s an S- and then a Sh- helps to make it less sibilant and the alliteration feel unobtrusive.

I think it’s great! I don’t see how alliteration would cause any problems!

I like them together – a nice blend of brightness and calm. [name_m]The[/name_m] S- S- doesn’t bother me, especially since its S- and Sh-.

This is a gorgeous combo! As previous posters pointed out, since the staring sounds are different it’s not obviously alliteration which I like!

[name_f]Sereia[/name_f] and [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] are both beautiful names! I think the alliteration works because of the different sounds, but I also struggle with it because [name_f]Sereia[/name_f] and [name_f]Shiloh[/name_f] feel like completely different styles to me? I think it can work, but I think I’d prefer something like [name_f]Sereia[/name_f] [name_f]Snow[/name_f]? Which just feels odd because I love an eclectic combo or sibset! Good luck!
