I definitely think [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] is usable and that it would fit in well with siblings [name_m]Elijah[/name_m], [name_f]Afton[/name_f] & [name_f]Poppy[/name_f]. I think [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] would make for a nice combo, otherwise, along the lines of Bloom, [name_f]Rose[/name_f] & [name_f]Iris[/name_f]…[name_f]Fern[/name_f], [name_u]Dove[/name_u], [name_f]Eve[/name_f], [name_f]Lark[/name_f], [name_f]Fae[/name_f], [name_f]Lux[/name_f], [name_u]Scout[/name_u], [name_f]Opal[/name_f] or [name_f]Maple[/name_f].
[name_u]Sailor[/name_u]’s cute! I think it works fine and I much prefer it spelt with an ‘i’ rather than a ’y’, too. I love [name_u]Blake[/name_u] and [name_f]Maeve[/name_f] as well from your other names.
You’ve got a little bit of a floral/nature theme with your kid’s middle names, which could be nice to continue. Maybe:

I love Sailor and it has special meaning to me but I personally would not use it as a first name for a real human being. In reality I have very few names I adore and feel a special connection to and also feel that I would gift to a real person.

I think it’s adorable. I do prefer the [name_u]Saylor[/name_u] spelling, as it feels more namey. But I do think [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] works just fine.
I agree that it works. I also prefer the [name_u]Sailor[/name_u] spelling, though both of them make me think of [name_u]Taylor[/name_u] and therefore feel a bit dated? I prefer the other names on your list but if this is the one for you, then go for it!
