What do you think of this name? What middle names do you think would work well?
[name]Samantha[/name] is my guilty pleasure - no one likes it because of it’s popularity! I adore this name, I think it’s lovely.
For middle names I like [name]Reese[/name], [name]Rose[/name], [name]Grace[/name], [name]Bryn[/name], [name]Belle[/name], [name]Maeve[/name], [name]Camille[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] is a nice name and [name]Sammy[/name] is cute as a nickname
Middle name ideas… uhm… I’m not the best at this:
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Nicolette[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
I think one or three syllable middle names go best with it
I know a couple [name]Samantha[/name]'s and they’re all pretty cool people. It’s a lovely name. I think a one syllable middle name would work best since [name]Samantha[/name] is three syllables.

I actually [name]LOVE[/name] [name]Samantha[/name]… I’ve heard people say it’s dated/fading but it’s still very popular? I think it’s gorgeous. I like the full name only really, but the most popular nn is of course [name]Sam[/name].
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Claire[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Paige[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Ruby[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Reese[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Juliet[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Genevieve[/name]
[name]Samantha[/name] [name]Kate[/name]
I think [name]Samantha[/name] has a very sophisticated sound. It pairs well with other sophisticated choices like [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Vivian[/name]. It also sounds good withsomething on the girlier side like [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Leonie[/name] or [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Evangeline[/name]. Short & sassy like [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Faye[/name] or [name]Samantha[/name] [name]June[/name] is avgood way to balance out the length/ vibe.
It really works well with so much! I would avoid alliteration though.
I actually really like this name. It’s my cousins name.
I know a [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Bronwen[/name] and a [name]Samantha[/name] [name]Jane[/name]
I think a lot of names work with it actually.
And if you wanted something a little different, I really like [name]Amarantha[/name] as well.
I seem to be the only one here but Im just not a fan of [name]Samantha[/name]!
I grew up in the early 90’s and knew quite a few Samanthas… I see it as dated like [name]Chelsea[/name], [name]Brittany[/name] or [name]Jennifer[/name]… ( not that there is anything wrong with these names!!!)
I dont mind [name]Sam[/name] or [name]Sammy[/name] as a nn but dont like [name]Samantha[/name] as a whole…
SOrry!
@backtomyroots, you aren’t alone! I don’t care for [name]Samantha[/name] either. I grew up in the early 2000’s, and [name]Samantha[/name] was pretty popular, and it felt like there were a lot of them at school, along with a lot of [name]Madison[/name]'s and [name]Kailey[/name] and [name]Hailey[/name]'s, ect. I don’t really like the nickname [name]Sam[/name] or [name]Sammy[/name] either, but that’s because of a girl I know.

Where I live, [name]Samantha[/name] is really not that common. I have only ever met 1 or 2 Samanthas. It always seemed like an underused pretty name!
Unfortunately, I have a terrible association with the name [name]Samantha[/name]. The nn [name]Sam[/name] doesn’t help either.
