I would pronounce [name]Sanne[/name] as sane, as in “are you sane?”

[name]Sanna[/name] looks like [name]Santa[/name], but at least this one I’d pronounce it Sa-nah.

[name]Sanna[/name] for sure. I wouldn’t ever think [name]Sanne[/name] was pronouced with the uh sound, and I doubt many others would either.

[name]Sienna[/name] and [name]Savannah[/name] are similar options.

I’d use [name]Sanna[/name].

I actually prefer the look of [name]Sanne[/name], but I’d rather sacrifice that than have to deal with the spelling/pn issues forever.

[name]Sanne[/name] is pronounced Sa-neh, it’s danish. I prefer [name]Sanne[/name], but if you want the -ah ending, you should use [name]Sanna[/name].

I was gonna say, I have a friend named [name]Sanne[/name] and she pronounces her name “sah-nee”… She’s [name]German[/name].

I read [name]Sanne[/name] as “sane” so I voted [name]Sanna[/name] to get the correct pn

They’re both beautiful, and I wouldn’t let others’ pronunciation issues dissuade you. We strongly considered [name]Sanna[/name] as a name for our baby - I think it’s one of the most under-appreciated names out there. (I obviously feel a little overprotective!)
