I’ve never heard [name_m]Shai[/name_m] before and I can’t decide boy or girl, but I went with boy I think because it reminds me of [name_u]Kai[/name_u]. But I would have first guessed “[name_u]Shea[/name_u]” ("[name_u]Shay[/name_u]") for pronunciation… and I know both male and female [name_u]Shea[/name_u]'s so that one can go both ways for me too.

I have met several [name_m]Shai[/name_m]'s who have all been females. It is not a masculine name to me at all.

I [name_u]LOVE[/name_u] [name_m]Shai[/name_m]!! It’s been on my long list for a while now. I see it more masculine leaning and I do prefer it on boys :). My cousin has a friend named [name_m]Shai[/name_m] and he is a boy.

I know a woman named [name_m]Shai[/name_m] but I like it on both boys and girls.
