I voted for [name_f]Juno[/name_f]. Super sweet and sassy without screaming [name_m]Hamlet[/name_m] or car haha

[name_u]Lennox[/name_u] and [name_f]Juno[/name_f]

I voted [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], although [name_f]Juno[/name_f] is nice too. [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] does go crazy in [name_m]Hamlet[/name_m], so I can understand your husband’s hesitation. [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m] has some really lovely names for his ladies–[name_f]Cressida[/name_f], [name_f]Nerissa[/name_f], [name_u]Regan[/name_u] (always heard it pronounced [name_f]REE[/name_f]-gan when referring to the character in [name_m]King[/name_m] Lear), [name_f]Rosalind[/name_f], and [name_f]Tamora[/name_f] are some of my favorites.

I love [name_f]Juno[/name_f] - I don’t think its too out there at all. In fact - -o ending names are very on trend, as are older vintage names. I don’t think she would be out of place at all.

I love all three, but am leaning toward [name_f]Portia[/name_f]. I absolutely love the name, and [name_f]Portia[/name_f] [name_f]Juno[/name_f] is absolutely stunning! I love it. And [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] and [name_f]Portia[/name_f] are so cute together. I’ve personally known two Portias, and I’ve never really heard the car reference with either one of them, but I’m sure I might not have heard of it. Half the people I know say [name_f]Porsche[/name_f] like [name_f]PORSH[/name_f], not [name_f]Portia[/name_f] (although maybe it’s only in my area that people say [name_f]Porsche[/name_f] like [name_f]Porsh[/name_f]?), so I’m not sure everyone would make the tie?

Good luck!

I like [name_f]Portia[/name_f] a lot, and while you’ll probably get some car comments because people just can’t help themselves I don’t think it’ll be too bad. I knew a girl named [name_f]Mercedes[/name_f] and the car company never crossed my mind. There are also a few actresses named [name_f]Portia[/name_f] who have been/are on popular TV shows, which may help alleviate any car associates some people might have had.

[name_f]Juno[/name_f] is cute too. I don’t think its too obscure. A lot of people will probably think of the movie when they hear it.

I’m not a big fan of [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], but I see the appeal. I wouldn’t worry too much about [name_m]Hamlet[/name_m] because most people probably know its a name from [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m] but either don’t remember the story too well or never read it.

I voted for [name_f]Juno[/name_f]. I think it strikes the best balance for the two of you. It also goes beautifully with [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] and, regardless of popularity, is accessible and easy to pronounce.

Thanks so much ladies!

I love [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], obviously, but I voted for [name_f]Juno[/name_f] because I think [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] and [name_f]Juno[/name_f] make a better sibset than [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] and [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f].

[name_f]Portia[/name_f]! She’s my favourite [name_m]Shakespeare[/name_m] character and a clever, strong, wonderful namesake for a girl. [name_f]Portia[/name_f] [name_f]Juno[/name_f] is a striking combination. I have the same reservations as your husband about [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], I love the sound but don’t really like the character’s story. [name_f]Juno[/name_f] would go better with [name_u]Lennox[/name_u] than either [name_f]Portia[/name_f] or [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f], but isn’t as interesting to me.

[name_f]Beatrice[/name_f]
[name_f]Viola[/name_f]
[name_f]Miranda[/name_f]
[name_f]Juliet[/name_f] (same problem as [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f] though)
[name_f]Katharina[/name_f]
[name_f]Hermia[/name_f]
[name_f]Helena[/name_f]

I vote [name_f]Juno[/name_f]

I adore [name_f]Ophelia[/name_f].
