[name_u]Baby[/name_u] #3- a boy, will be here in a month! We are finalizing our short list, and will most likely wait to choose one until we meet him.
All names have family/and or personal significance to us.
[name_m]Mark[/name_m] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m]
[name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] (my concern with this one- too many “n” sounds??)
[name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Mark[/name_m] (don’t love the flow as much, but would love to use [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] has a first and [name_m]Mark[/name_m] is an important name to us)
Last name is short and rhymes with “[name_f]Hope[/name_f]”.
Thoughts? Would love some NB feedback!
My personal favourite is [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Mark[/name_m], but I really like [name_m]Jeffrey[/name_m], [name_f]Virginia[/name_f] and [name_m]Simon[/name_m] as sibling names.
I like [name_m]Simon[/name_m] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] best. I think it sounds good and there aren’t too many 'n’s. I like that [name_m]Simon[/name_m] is a traditional name but not commonly used. I don’t like [name_m]Mark[/name_m] with the one syllable surname. I also like [name_m]Simon[/name_m] best next to the sibling names.
We’re leaning towards [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] [name_m]Mark[/name_m] at the moment…still planning to wait to meet him before deciding officially. I feel so encouraged by the feedback <3. I’ll be sure to update. Can’t wait for him to be here!
Update: [name_m]Mark[/name_m] [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] joined our family on [name_f]Tuesday[/name_f] the 8th. We love [name_m]Mark[/name_m] for its meaning, the man it honors, and that it’s a a classic, easy to pronounce and spell boys name. Thanks again for the feedback!
