I’m struggling finding a name for our 3rd baby. She’s a girl and we do have a “theme” of C names so want to keep that. However none are really getting me excited OR we can’t pick them due to others in our circle having them (or else I would have😪 )
I.e.-
[name_f]Cassandra[/name_f] (Cassie, cassia, etc)
[name_u]Clare[/name_u] ( [name_f]Clara[/name_f] )
To paint a pic a bit she is blue eyed blonde hair. [name_f]Live[/name_f] in the states. I like names that are obvious to pronounce. That’s my main requirement.
Names we’ve considered include-
Cahlia (pronounced call ia right?)
[name_f]Calia[/name_f] (pronounced [name_u]Cal[/name_u] ia right?)
[name_f]Clarice[/name_f]
[name_f]Carina[/name_f]
[name_f]Carrie[/name_f]
[name_f]Camila[/name_f]
[name_u]Camille[/name_u]
Carlene…but is that too close to [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f]?
Cylvia
[name_f]Celia[/name_f]
And no to-
[name_f]Chloe[/name_f]
[name_f]Clea[/name_f]
[name_f]Cleo[/name_f]
Caroline/Carolyn
[name_f]Catherine[/name_f] (don’t like nn Cathy)
[name_f]Clarissa[/name_f]
[name_f]Carissa[/name_f]
[name_f]Cora[/name_f]
[name_f]Calla[/name_f]
Any unique ones I’m missing? If they are on the generic “c name” list I’ve seen it. OR any we like that you could convince me even more??
It’s come to a point I’m panicking and can no longer decide
you said no to Calla and is that because you know someone with that name or don’t like it? cause there’s Calloway nn Callie (or not), Calluna, Crystal, Cacia (kuh-sigh-uh), Caia, Corinna, Cienna, Cierra & Cambri are some more options
[name_f]Calla[/name_f] I tried and people kept asking how to say it. Cahhla or CAL ah. And I hate that!
[name_f]Cacia[/name_f] the [name_f]Cassandra[/name_f] mother basically vetoed. I.know whateverr…but its hard pick a name some family finds “wrong”.
[name_f]Cambri[/name_f] is cute…kind of reminds me of Toyata Camri…but it’s new!
[name_f]Charlotte[/name_f], [name_u]Conner[/name_u], & [name_f]Carina[/name_f] would sound well together. [name_f]Carlene[/name_f] & [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] are a bit close in my opinion mainly because I could imagine [name_f]Charlotte[/name_f] to be mispronounced Carlotte.
dang! you’ve got it rough lol and yes Cambri reminds me of that car a little too but it’s still cute! but uhm what about Carla? surely no one can mispronounce that one! (Car-la)
I love the idea of using the s sound, so each child has there own type of c. So [name_f]Celia[/name_f], [name_f]Cynthia[/name_f] or another soft c name would be fabulous.
