Sibling for Leyla

We just learned we are expecting #2! We don’t know what we are having but I would like to have a name picked out so I can “try it out” in my head. I am looking for suggestions!

Our daughter is [name]Leyla[/name] [name]Rebekah[/name]. 1)[name]Leyla[/name] because it means “dark haired beauty” and spelled that way bc my husband is Honduran. 2)[name]Rebekah[/name] is after me. I like the fact that [name]Leyla[/name] is cute but as she grows older she has [name]Rebekah[/name] that sounds more adult-ish if she decides to switch.

My short list so far:
[name]Elena[/name] [name]Katherine[/name]
[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]
[name]Olivia[/name] [name]Rose[/name]
[name]Ann[/name] [name]Elyse[/name] [name]Camille[/name]
[name]Lucia[/name] [name]Clementine[/name]

For a boy:
[name]Lucas[/name] [name]Gabriel[/name]
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Isaac[/name]

As you can see I need more help with boys’ names!!! Thanks!

[name]Eleanor[/name] [name]Corinne[/name]
[name]Olivia[/name] [name]Rose[/name]

Not sure about boy names…I like both [name]Lucas[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] but I’m not so keen on the mn.

I like the boys’ middle names switched- [name]Lucas[/name] [name]Isaac[/name] and [name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Gabriel[/name]. For girls I think you should stick with an L name, it would make for a cute sibset, such as [name]Lilah[/name], [name]Lilou[/name], [name]Laurel[/name], [name]Liesel[/name], [name]Lucy[/name], [name]Lindsay[/name], [name]Locklynn[/name] etc. Pretty feminine names like [name]Leyla[/name], with flowery middle names like [name]Violet[/name], [name]Rose[/name], [name]Fleur[/name], etc. [name]Hope[/name] this helps!

Currently Loving:[name]Milo[/name] [name]Phoenix[/name]-[name]Norah[/name] ?-[name]Iris[/name] [name]Melodie[/name]-[name]Monroe[/name]

Well, I haven’t posted in forever and we just found out we are having a BOY! I am excited but have no idea what to name a boy, as you already know, I have practically zero names picked out! HELP!

I really liked your earlier options of [name]Lucas[/name], [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Isaac[/name]. [name]Gabriel[/name] is nms.
I also think the traditional Hebrew names like [name]Benjamin[/name] and [name]Isaac[/name] complement the mn [name]Rebekah[/name] nicely - though I would pair it with a slightly spunkier name that meshes with [name]Leyla[/name].

If [name]Leyla[/name] [name]Rebekah[/name] were my little girl and I had to name her brother I would probably go with one of the following:
[name]Benjamin[/name] [name]Zane[/name] ([name]Ben[/name] or [name]Benji[/name])
[name]Isaac[/name] ([name]Ike[/name]) [name]Avery[/name]

Other suggestions include: [name]Able[/name], [name]Elijah[/name], and [name]Zachary[/name] as fn or mn’s with the Hebrew connection.
Spunkier suggestions include: [name]Echo[/name], [name]Liam[/name], [name]Eoin[/name], [name]Harlow[/name], [name]Felix[/name] and [name]Quin[/name].

I would probably stay away from [name]Lucas[/name] as a fn even though I like it because I wouldn’t want to inadvertently end up with an “L” theme.

Good [name]Luck[/name] and Congrats on the news!!!
