Sibling for Mirabelle

I’m sorry for being so needy with my name picking! I keep going over and over a list of names and am feeling like I don’t truly like any two together for twins.

Pretend you haven’t read my other threads (if you have)!!

What would be an ideal twin sister for a girl named [name]Mirabelle[/name]?

[name]Flora[/name], [name]Clementine[/name], [name]Jessamine[/name], [name]Lily[/name], [name]Poppy[/name], [name]Amelia[/name].

I love [name]Mirabelle[/name]! It’s so classy and elegant, yet pretty and girly. I would pick a name that has the same frilly-ness, yet isn’t too similar. I would rule out any other M names (unless that’s what you’re looking for) and any names with -ira in the beginning, any -belle names (again, unless that’s what you want) and any elle/ella names.

Here are a few I like:
[name]Celestine[/name] (or any other [name]Celeste[/name] related name. [name]Celestina[/name], [name]Celesta[/name], [name]Celestia[/name], [name]Celeste[/name])
[name]Vivienne[/name], [name]Viviana[/name]
[name]Antonia[/name] (too exotic?)
[name]Delphine[/name]/[name]Delphina[/name] (might be too much -el- though)

Thank you both!
[name]Gwendolen[/name] and [name]Vivienne[/name] are on the short list! I just felt like [name]Mirabelle[/name] had much more frilliness and needed a little validation

I like these new suggestions too, so thanks:

I immediately tought of [name]Emmeline[/name]. I think stylistically it goes perfectly with [name]Mirabelle[/name]

[name]Mirabelle[/name] and:

I can’t really pretend I haven’t read your other threads at this point, but let me try and justify why I do think [name]Gwendolen[/name] and [name]Mirabelle[/name] are so great together! You see, [name]Mirabelle[/name] is very frilly, whimsical, and feminine, whereas [name]Gwendolen[/name] is more structured, vintage, and demure. I think they balance each other in this way - two very feminine frilly names wouldn’t work quite as well, I don’t think, especially in the sibling set you’ve created with [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Penelope[/name]. [name]Pam[/name] and [name]Linda[/name] list both [name]Scarlett[/name] and [name]Mirabelle[/name] as [name]Feminissima[/name] names, whereas both [name]Gwendolen[/name] and [name]Penelope[/name] are listed as Feminine names. I think this brings unity to the set as a whole - it isn’t like you’re choosing a No-Frills name, or one that has no femininity at all (e.g., [name]Blanche[/name]) to match with [name]Mirabelle[/name], right?

So, some other ultra-feminine names you might like are below. It isn’t something I’d recommend pursuing, both because I like the gentle contrast of [name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Gwendolen[/name], but also because it gives your sibling set a sense of connection and cohesion. Anyway, the names…

[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Angelina[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Cassandra[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Cicely[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Evangeline[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Francesca[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Lucinda[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Rosalinda[/name]
[name]Mirabelle[/name] and [name]Valentina[/name]

The only ones I’d seriously consider are [name]Evangeline[/name] and [name]Cassandra[/name], but if I remember correctly, both were already eliminated. [name]Don[/name]'t mind my opinion too much, though - after all, these are your girls, not mine! Good luck!
