We are expecting baby #2 and still trying to decide on possible name choices. We do not know the gender yet, so we are deciding on both genders. We already have a daughter named Sepphiria [name]Jade[/name] [name]Raine[/name] (she has 2 middle names). Her first name is pronounced ‘Sef-Fear-E-Uh’ and we have gotten many many compliments on it.
We are wanting a name as unique as her name and wanting 2 middle names if it’s a girl, but only 1 middle name if it’s a boy.
Right now our top girls choice is: [name]Jessamine[/name] [name]Lyric[/name] [name]Skye[/name]
And our top boy choice is; [name]Viggo[/name] [name]Tiberius[/name]
Boys -
Gallifrey
Rorvik
Rohnin
[name]Wolfgang[/name]
[name]Alistair[/name]
[name]Phoenix[/name]
[name]Enzo[/name]
Axus
We are open to suggestions for other names as well! Could definitely use some more choices! My husband and I have different taste in names and I would like more names to present to him (he has vetoed most of the names I have suggested)!
[name]Jessamine[/name] (has the nature connection of Sepphiria, sapphire)
[name]Althea[/name] (Greek connection)
Aylwen (pretty Welsh name, very striking)
[name]Astoria[/name] (as long as you don’t live in NYC)
[name]River[/name] is a totally different style note than the very flowery, very dramatic, very long name Sepphiria; Everleigh is modern, invented and trendy-- again, totally different-- and I could get behind Cyrene, or [name]Serena[/name], but not [name]Seryna[/name].
The boys list is all good except Gallifrey which would be extremely difficult to wear, and Axus (?Axis?), which looks like the every day word axis as well as a command, ‘axe us!’ [name]Phoenix[/name] is not nearly as cool, strong or striking as [name]Viggo[/name], [name]Tiberius[/name], [name]Alistair[/name], Rorvik, [name]Wolfgang[/name]; I don’t at all like the samurai name Rohnin, and [name]Enzo[/name] is very slick and continental cool.
[name]River[/name] would be a middle name (like [name]Raine[/name]) and [name]Seryna[/name] was my husbands pick. Gallifrey would also be a middle name, if we used it at all.
I think Seppheria and [name]Jessamine[/name] go perfectly together. [name]Wolfgang[/name] would also go perfectly, in my opinion. To me, [name]Wolfgang[/name] and Axus are the only two boys’ names on your list that have the same “feel” as Seppheria. Other suggestions:
