You guys are ridiculously helpful. My (and my mama’s!) most favorite is [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f], but my husband is stuck on [name_f]Ramona[/name_f], even though I keep telling him that [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] jives a little better with [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] and I think has the same quirkiness.
[name_f]Matilda[/name_f] was on our short list for a while, but 1- I feel like [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Mae[/name_f] sounds so similar to [name_f]Matilda[/name_f] [name_f]Jane[/name_f] ? Maybe that’s weird. And husband doesn’t like it at all.
[name_f]Augusta[/name_f] was talked about, too, but I can’t put my finger on why I don’t like it with [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f].
I love the suggestion of [name_f]Marigold[/name_f]. I’ll be bringing that one up, for sure.
We also talked about [name_f]Fiona[/name_f] but husband says it’s “Shrek-y.”
Funny that [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u] was suggested, because that was actually my boy name pick! [name_m]Harrison[/name_m] won, and I like it, but [name_u]Sullivan[/name_u]/[name_u]Sully[/name_u] is just really nice I think.
All that said, I think I’m going to keep pushing for [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f]. He kind of got the upper hand with the boy name, so it’s only fair for me to on this, yes? And I’m showing him this whole thread!

I know I’m very late to this post, but just stopped in to say I absolutely adore your two choices. [name_f]Magnolia[/name_f] is very sweet. Also [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f] is on my list as well.

Before reading any other posts, the first name that came to mind was [name_f]Mallory[/name_f], before seeing [name_f]Mae[/name_f] as your mn choice, and the “uh” ending wish. [name_f]Mallory[/name_f], [name_m]Callahan[/name_m] & [name_f]Tallulah[/name_f]. [name_m]Say[/name_m] that out loud three times!
