[name]Oscar[/name]-good combined with [name]Hugo[/name] although I’ve heard it’s very popular in NYC.
[name]Raphael[/name]-this is a nice name, but it seems really gentle next to [name]Hugo[/name].
[name]Julius[/name]-really like it!
[name]Sebastian[/name] - I love this name. It is my son’s middle name. But I’ve heard that it is very trendy in New [name]York[/name].
[name]Phineas[/name]-I’m not sure why, I would have to think about it, but I don’t really like this.
[name]Augustus[/name]-This would be a good match for [name]Hugo[/name]. [name]August[/name] nn [name]Gus[/name] would be really cute.
Here are some more ideas: [name]Simon[/name], [name]Felix[/name], [name]George[/name], [name]Theo[/name], [name]Victor[/name], Menno, [name]Aldo[/name], [name]Arthur[/name], [name]Laszlo[/name]!!! (incredible!), [name]Enzo[/name], [name]Desmond[/name] nn [name]Desi[/name] (Is [name]Desi[/name] becoming a girl’s name?), [name]Dashiell[/name], [name]Raymond[/name] nn [name]Ray[/name], [name]Dmitri[/name]. All these names feel very powerful to me. I don’t know all their meanings. I know [name]Arthur[/name], [name]Enzo[/name], and [name]Felix[/name] all have nice meanings. [name]Victor[/name] means winner, I think. You can look up name meanings to the left on “check out a name”.

Girls list
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Sophia[/name] ( including middle name) This is pretty. [name]Sophia[/name] is really common but so lovely and [name]Ivy[/name] is great, especially with [name]Hugo[/name].
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Estelle[/name] ( ditto) love [name]Ivy[/name] with [name]Estelle[/name]. Less common than [name]Sophia[/name], and I love the accent on the second syllable of [name]Estelle[/name]. Needs one or three or more syllable last name I think. Well, it depends on what your last name is.
[name]Ivy[/name] [name]Charlotte[/name] ( ditto)-would be good depending on your last name.
[name]Sophia[/name]-This is so popular, but very nice.
[name]Estelle[/name]-Great name. [name]Stella[/name] is a cute nn.
[name]Audrey[/name]-I love this name because of [name]Audrey[/name] Hepburn. Goes great with [name]Hugo[/name].
Other ideas:
[name]Olive[/name] (could become really popular)
[name]Vera[/name]
[name]Imogen[/name] nn [name]Immy[/name]
[name]Georgia[/name]
[name]Ruby[/name]
[name]Iris[/name]
[name]Rosemary[/name] nn [name]Romy[/name]
[name]Aurora[/name] nn [name]Rory[/name]
[name]Lucy[/name]
[name]Frances[/name]
[name]Delphine[/name]
[name]Sylvia[/name]
[name]Cordelia[/name] nn [name]Delia[/name]
[name]Vivian[/name] nn [name]Vivi[/name]
[name]Genevieve[/name] nn [name]Ginny[/name], [name]Eve[/name], [name]Evie[/name]
[name]Virginia[/name] nn [name]Ginger[/name]
[name]Matilda[/name] nn [name]Tillie[/name], [name]Mattie[/name], [name]Tilda[/name]
[name]Willow[/name]

thanks

I was looking up great sibling names for [name]Hugo[/name] in my book “The [name]Baby[/name] Name [name]Wizard[/name]” by [name]Laura[/name] Wattenberg. She suggests [name]Cyrus[/name], [name]Milo[/name], [name]Oscar[/name], [name]Edgar[/name], and [name]Ezra[/name] for boys and [name]Phoebe[/name], [name]Eliza[/name], [name]Ivy[/name], [name]Astrid[/name], and [name]Lucia[/name] for girls. That’s a great book for finding sibling names. I just thought of [name]Chester[/name] as a possibility.
