Huge congratulations!
I love the relaxed, southern vibe of Caraline and would really lean into this whole aesthetic
Looking at your boys I love Shepherd + Lincoln. I think Shepherd is cosier, provides a more outdoorsy and rugged spin. Shepherd feels homely paired with Caraline. I also love that Shepherd has a Christmassy spin perfect for your baby birth time. Lincoln has a more preppy, Harvard law vibe and feels more southern gentleman with Caraline. I really like the overall handsome vibe of Lincoln. I actually think Noel would work well as a middle name for both Shepherd + Lincoln (of course without the elongated ‘Elle’ sound I’m assuming your sister’s middle name has) really lovely choices.

Looking at your girls all of them are beautiful and would be wonderful to bestow onto a child. However looking at older sister Caraline I particularly love Eleanor, Margaret, Pearl + Juniper. Eleanor feels very classic with a distinguished regal sound. Eleanor oozes history and fits in with the southern Belle feel of Caraline. Margaret is also lovely and I can see that you’ve mentioned both Maggie + Margaret which makes me think this name is on your radar! I would go Margaret with Maggie as a nickname. Margaret ‘Maggie’ is strong, elegant, refreshing and stately. I think she makes a really pretty vintage sibling set with Caraline. Very mid century mad men vibes. I love Pearl she’s so pretty, delicate and understated beautiful name. Pearl works very well with Caraline they feel understated and graceful.
Juniper is fun, joyous and bright. Love the southern flair with Caraline.
