I think you should consider what purpose giving her siblings would add. If there are aspects of your story that a sibling would help progress, then definitely give her one. But giving her no siblings can also be incredibly effective and saves you from having additional characters to keep track of.
That being said, I feel like she would have an older sister based on her description? Some names:
