Similar to Reverie

I kind of like the name [name_f]Reverie[/name_f]. I love the way it looks and the spelling but when I say it out loud it sounds like referee. Am I saying it right and do you know any names similar to [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] that I’d love even more.
Thanks

I adore [name_f]Reverie[/name_f] - such a lovely name with a (I think) lovely meaning and association. I suppose that it does sound similarly to the word ‘referee’ - I’ve never made that association myself though. I say REH-vuh-ree (I say referee with emphasis on the last syllable, not the first…)

As for similar sounding/looking names: [name_f]Verity[/name_f], [name_f]Beverly[/name_f], Everild, [name_f]Guinevere[/name_f], [name_f]Severine[/name_f], [name_u]Everly[/name_u], [name_f]Reveka[/name_f], [name_u]Avery[/name_u]…?

Thank you

Keeping with the idea of it being a word name, Reveille (and Revelry) seems the most obvious to me.

I personally love [name_f]Reverie[/name_f]! Other word-name choices could include [name_f]Cadence[/name_f], [name_f]Essence[/name_f], [name_m]Reason[/name_m], [name_m]Revel[/name_m], and [name_f]Miracle[/name_f].

Try [name_f]Aurelie[/name_f]!

It has the same amount of syllables and the same ending as [name_f]Reverie[/name_f]. In my opinion they both have the same kind of feel.

Some other options are [name_u]Everly[/name_u], [name_f]Ivy[/name_f], [name_f]Vivienne[/name_f], [name_f]Beverley[/name_f], [name_f]Verity[/name_f] and [name_f]Vera[/name_f]
